All orders are processed within 2–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification once your order has shipped.

• Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days): Calculated at checkout

• Free Shipping: On U.S. orders over $200

We currently ship within the United States.

International Shipping

At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to monitor your package.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can make it right.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Keèn Pure Skin is not responsible for packages once they have been confirmed delivered by the carrier. For lost or stolen packages, please file a claim directly with the shipping carrier.
